Yes, it is safe. I received my first doll yesterday and everything was looking great. Not much damage on the box, no big holes or gashes. I opened the box and found everything pretty neat and orderly, both heads were there and all the accessories etc. Overall this doll is Awesome. The shipping was great, took about 2 weeks from ordering to receiving. Not bad there. All is great now and customer service had helped me through the whole process.
